You own your Piccolo device. You own your data. Period.

2. What We Provide

We provide:

• Hardware (the Piccolo server)
• Companion software (mobile app + firmware)
• Optional services (like remote access, diagnostics, or feature upgrades)

We may update the software from time to time to fix bugs, improve performance, or add features.

3. Our Promise

• We will never sell your data.
• We will never show you ads.
• We will never share your information without your consent.
• We will always be transparent about how your data is handled.

4. Your Responsibility

You agree to:

• Use Piccolo legally and responsibly.
• Not use it to host or distribute illegal or harmful content.
• Secure your device with a strong password and follow reasonable safety practices.

5. Warranty & Returns
